Located in downtown Sydney, Australia and designed by Facet Studio, S House is a small family home that accommodated two independent families. This is why the 150 square meter space had to be maximized and creatively decorated. S House consists of rooms that are settled around a central wooden staircase. The requirements of each couple were well answered, as each floor features custom design elements and arrangements. Wide windows, grated ceilings and glass floors are additions that allow a lot of natural light to enter the house. Despite its modest size, this project looks very spacious and airy. The lack of clutter and its minimalist interior design contribute to a very elegant and refined appearance.
